Anyone in their 40's having a hard time finding an Admin Asst job..but looks 30??

Mom of 3 looking to start a new job in corporate america after raising kids but employers see that I'm not 20 and I never hear back or get a rejection letter even though my work experience is what they are looking for and I have kept all my office skills current. I don't look like I am my age and take care of myself. Go figure!
