Applying for a job and I hope they call to interview. What is the best way?

to set up an interview if you have a FT job? Go with the time they suggest and sneak out in the middle of the day? Have it early morning and come in late to work (use appt excuse)? Have it late and leave early? Ask them if they can do it at night or early morning? I just want suggestions so I know what I should say should the situation (hopefully!) comes up.
