Are women taking over the media?and the job market followup?

Are women taking over the media?and the job marketplace? I have noticed lately that most news programs have women as the main people. Sometimes 2 women and the men do the weather. They are even now doing the sports. I am not a male chauvinist PIG, I just am wondering if my observations are correct. Also in the Job market more women are getting hired than men? It's becoming harder and harder to find men in positions of authority in both places I mentioned. Also we may have our first women president! Does this scare anybody? and if so WHY? wILL THE MALE species become EXTINCT? LOL.Any thoughts on WHY this is occuring.
